Y2K Lip Service Black Lace Top Large Spiderweb VINTAGE Webutante S/M

Rare HTF Lip Service Top! From what I can find it was called the Webutante top. The tag does state that it is a Large; however, I'd say it'd fit a small/medium too. It is very stretchy. I included a picture with the measurement of it while hooked (not stretched). Features lace spiderweb design with hook and eyelet closures on the front. In good condition, but left sleeve has 2 slight holes but they are really not very noticeable when you're wearing it. I'm sure it would be an easy fix to sew if needed. The material is stretchy lace so it might have some pulls, loose threads or pilled spots due to the material but is really in nice condition included some up close photos of the lace. Has long open sleeves- I included a picture with the opening measurement of the sleeve as well.
