Y2K Limited Too floral skirt!! Oh my I love this skirt! The blue with the flowers is just gorgeous!! Perfect for spring. A few loose strings on the buttons but they are secure! Overall in excellent condition, no holes, marks, or stains! Size 8 (kids I think) but has the following measurements -12 inches across waist -25.5 inches across bottom -30 inches from waist to bottom seam
