Feels like rayon. Pull over. No zip. Lined. Bias cut and ruffles at hemline. Will sit below the knee. When lying flat the armpit to armpit measurement is 18 inches and the waist is 16 inches. Length from shoulder is 43 inches. Personally I would wear this dress with a denim jacket and cowboy boots for a more casual look but you could also dress it up with strappy heels.
