Y2K Kulson Italy Black Velvet Drape-y Top

Beautiful, fluid 82% viscose/18% silk black velvet top. Has cap sleeves, some draping at its V-neck, and a raw-edged finish. Seems to be cut on the bias, at least partially, given the way it drapes. When it's lying flat it measures 19" pit to pit and 25" long. In great condition, and just washed by hand. (Label recommends dry cleaning).
