willowsfair @mlbb4690 This skirt is designed to sit about 2” to 3” below the natural waistline, like hip hugger jeans. That said, the inside waist measurement is 34.5 inches, the hip area is about 42.5 inches, and it measures 36” from the top of the fabric to the bottom of the hem. So it appears to fit about a size 14.
