Y2K Hollister low rise skirt multi layer

Low rise 2000 skirt from hollister. Good used condition. Blue with polka dots. Multilayer cake skirt. Size small but Waist measures 24. Waist band has some stretch. From the top of band to bottom of skirt 10 1/2 long. Offers and questions always welcome!
