It's from Mightyfine x Sanrio/Hello Kitty. It's a white short sleeve fitted tee with a purple, orange, and pink striped collar. It has Hello Kitty on the front with a big blonde afro, and a pink bow. She's wearin ga white dress, with red buttons and collar, and a pink skirt with brown dots. There are some small discoloured spots, but they might respond to spot treatment. (See pictures.) It's in otherwise great condition. I bought this at a specialty store somewhere around 2009. This is a hard to find item, and it's great for a collector!
