Adorable Y2K high-low dress. Dress features a denim bustier with a white slip skirt and a colored mesh skirt layered on top. The straps are adjustable and in excellent shape. I have had this dress in my closet for over a decade and have never worn it so there are no stains or pulls in the fabric. This piece is adorable on its own but it would be a cool rework piece as well.
