I bought these brand new waaay back in the early 00's I believe, and I'm almost positive I got them from Claire's. For being as old as they are, they're in great shape! They're arm warmers that are black & grey striped, with ruffles around the hand opening part, and are made of a knit material. They're about 14" long and about 3.5" wide. Those measurements were taken while the item was laying flat.
