Pink, red, and black high neck halter top with 3D flower ruffles from Express. Just a few years shy of being officially vintage. Tie dye like design with a blend of pink, red, and black. High neck design with 3D flower shaped ruffles and a tie neck halter. Ruffled trim. Key hole in back. Great going out top with a y2k fairycore vibe. In very good to excellent vintage condition due to one tiny faint mark on a ruffle and one pull in the fabric on the tie neck, both as pictured. Neither flaw is very noticeable.
