Y2K Embellished Peasant Top

Y2K black puff sleeve peasant top with a lace up neckline from the brand One Step Up Plus. The tag makes it seem 90s, but the style is more early 00’s imo. There’s a blue, white, and red design with rhinestones around the neckline, though a few of the rhinestones have fallen off. 60% cotton + 40% polyester. Soft and stretchy. Pit to pit 22.5-30” (meant to be fitted, so should fit true to size - compare with your own blouse to get an idea of fit)
