Late 1990s to Early Y2K EXPRESS WORLD BRANDDress. Has adjustable straps, zips at side with hidden pink zipper, and hook closure. Fully lined with a satin like polyester. Outer layer is more of a chiffon polyester. Outer layer and lining are 100% polyester. Made in China Dress has no stretch. Marked as a size 7/8. Fits like a medium. My mannequin is a small/medium and it seems to fit it well. Sizing is dependent on desired fit, as the straps are adjustable. The color is a little difficult to capture, but its a litter darker than the first three photos show, but lighter than photos 4-10. In excellent condition for its age, no major issues to note.
