Amazing dress with buttons down front and internal boning and crinoline. Perfect vintage coquette! Says 8 but fits small at waist more like a small 4-6 (for reference, I have a 26 waist and it doesn’t fit me.). Nelly M tags- a NYC boutique in late 90s early 2000s. As seen on many teen choice celebs in early Y2K! This is yellow with pale red accent stripes.

@lea_mckinley it fits small but given the subjectivity of a size small, I’m not sure how to answer as size small can be different from size to size. Happy to do measurements if that’d be of help.
