German semi-sheer asymmetrical hem button-up mini dress! By Biba and the tag is in German. Wear open as a kimono/duster or buttoned as a dress. I don’t think Biba is around anymore 🤔 this may be vintage y2k 2000s. Design is a paisley / Indian henna-like print. 100% polyester - a patchwork of mesh and other materials. The size is listed as “D 34 GB 8 F 36”. I believe that equates to a US size 6 or S. This fits like a S/M and has some stretch. Modeled on a S/M 34B 5’5” and this fits me well. Unisex. The buttons are all different and funky, lettuce hem, with ribbon detailing. Super cool!
