Y2K Beaded Band

Y2K Beaded Choker (?) Okay so I’m am not exactly sure how this little Y2K era gem is meant to be worn but I have come to the conclusion that it’s probably some sort of head band or a choker necklace (or both?lol). Either way, it is gorg. It’s made up of periwinkle toned beads that have an iridescent sheen to them. The band itself is elastic and does stretch. This item is vintage and does not have any tags.
