Good preowned! I imagine this was originally a men’s size medium. It has shrunk for a men’s size, but good for a women’s medium if you want it oversized or size Womens large. There is a little bit of fabric pilling due to age. The stripe is navy. 19 inches pit to pit 25 inches in length
