Xxi Navy Pocketed "Balloon" Skirt/ Size Small

Navy colored balloon style skirt with Pockets. Double layered silky soft outer material with a black mesh like inlay on inside. Both are sewn together at top and bottom of skirt and it creates a pouf ruffle at bottom when wearing. It has two pockets at side seam and an extra wide elastic tip waistband. Excellent condition; no flaws. Designer is xxi.
