Xtraordinany Black and White semi-formal dress from Dillard's

The top black off the shoulder sleeves, sheer black mesh with floral embroidery and beading, the skirt is multilayered with 2 layers of tulle with ruffled edge, solid white, and then another layer of solid white with stiff netting to help give the dress its poof. Only worn once. The lowest offer accepted will be $20. The shelf in the closet broke so I must downsize.
