This is in excellent preowned condition Xirena dress in a size small. It is a navy blue with lighter blue and red striped detail. It has four buttons down the front. The collar has pleating all the way around it. It is long sleeved with an elastic pleateing around the sleeve. Belted waist. Measurements are in the pictures. The waist measurement is 14" not stretched; stretched is 15.5". 48" long. Has waist tie. It is 100% cotton. Extra button included on inner care tag.
