@lindzeycb hi! they are thin fabric however I wore these home from the hospital after having my baby and asked me husband and he said he couldn't see through them 🤷♀️ in the right light I would assume you could though. I would say as far as sizing goes, they are pretty forgiving and would fit a M also but if you want to know if they lean more towards a small, yes.
