Xhileration Off the Shoulder Dress

Cute little smocked top off the shoulder dress with pockets! Tiniest little run is pictured by the pocket. Had I not stuck my hand in the pocket for a pic, I would have never noticed it. The elastic in the lower part of the arm is slightly more loose than the top. I can’t remember if that’s how it was when I first bought it, or if that is something that happened as a result of wearing it. Length from middle of chest is 29” when laid flat.
