Xhilaration floral dress size small

Like new high-low navy floral dress. Has adjustable straps, v neck with clasp, wooden button detail down the front, elastic ruche along the back. Measures 43” length in the back, 35” length at the shortest point in the front, 13” waist when laid flat (ruche in the back is very stretchy though, I have a 30” waist and the dress fits me comfortably), 14” pit to pit. No rips, stains or tears.
