mucho_amor @bethhunter1017 yes I’m a size 4 and this fits. There is even a slight stretch on the band. If you notice the model, the waist is higher than belly button area and the rest is flowy with extra room

mucho_amor @bethhunter1017 I’ve added some pics! I measured the portion where the flowy material starts (from the band on the waist (which goes about an inch above my belly button) to the bottom and it measured 57 1/2 inches. I am not tall so I’m wearing high heels in the picture! Hope this helps!
