Xhilaration Navy Fit & Flare 3/4 Sleeve Dress NWT

NWT Xhilaration ruffly fit and flare dress with 3/4 sleeves. Dark navy (almost a midnight blue) background with tiny white hummingbirds. The material is very swishy and crepe like. The front has a v-peekabo neckline. The back is fitted and zips up but also has a tie at the neckline that creates a keyhole effect. The dress is unlined, so would probably need a slip. It is a lovely dress that is perfect for spring, summer, or fall and the pictures don't do it justice! M (Juniors) Smoke free home.
