These are new xhilaration brand from TARGET, only worn to try on, otherwise never worn. In perfect shape, and carefully selected during purchase in the early 2000’s. I’m OCD like that... Measurements: between 22 and 23 inch diameter. Gray pin stripe Fedora is NWT. Navy blue striped is NWOT.
