Xhilaration Blue Short Sleeve Floral Dress | Size Medium

- Blue short sleeve mini dress with ruffle sleeves and ruffle hem - Buttons down the front, elastic in back of waist, and tie - Size medium - Tropical floral print - Summer / spring sun dress - Good used condition - The buttons are functioning, however I sewed the hem together at the bottom, staring at the ruffle. I found the dress to be too short when open after the last button.
