Xhilaration Black Peplum Top

This is a chic little black top to pair with a black pencil skirt or skinny dress slacks! This peplum top has a metal studded sheer netting above the front bust and round collar with a back button closure at the neck. The top is made of a heavy polyester with the exception of the decorative netting. It is in good pre-owned condition with only one small snag at the back of the top's skirted area (see photos).
