bcarris Was there a known issue with the remote? It doesn’t work.

amsanford23 @bcarris no! I also tested it before use but with another battery. The battery might need to be charged. You can put normal AA batteries in it & see if that works. It always worked great for us. Let me know and then we can go from there.
