Industrial Puppy, Red, Reflective, "no pull" dog harness. Size XXXS. Fits 12.25 inches to 14.25 inches in chest. (Widest part of torso, right behind front legs)
"Service dog" patches are attached via velcro. No imperfections, just selling due to buying the wrong size. Bright red in color. Has both front chest adjustable and reflective strap, and another adjustable strap going under the stomach.
Comes with 50 ADA cards as shown in picture.

I think is the size my 4lb chihuahua’s wear. I have to double check their old ones. They have tags in them if it’s right I’ll be back.
