XXS White House Market Strapless Top

Great top for summer! This is a very attractive white and blue decorative top with braided straps (non-adjustable). The top has two layers of material that drape (attached to the lining). The scoop neckline is lined with silver beads (front only). This top was worn with the royal blue pants purchased from WHBM. BUT it wasn’t worn much at all.
