XXL gathered neck tunic top. Bell sleeve. Tassel edging. New with tags. Very pretty top with its bold striking colors. This measures 23 inches from armpit to armpit but is quite roomy in the stomach area. Very generously cut. Measures 33 inches from shoulder to end of tassel. This can also be worn off shoulder too.
