New with tags - has a blue ink spot on inside just above size tag. See last photo. This is on the thicker part of the garment and is not visible unless looking at inside of the top. I have not done anything to remove it. Item shown is the one you'll receive Floral print blouse with a satiny feel. Crochet lace trim at neckline and down sleeves. Helen (mannequin) is a size 2-4 or so, so keep that in mind regarding fit. Measurements are approximate and taken lying flat and unstretched.
