XXL Black short sleeve blouse

This is a soft dressy feel top. It has a puffy sleeve with a fitted end. I never wore it but removed the tags. I had plans to wear it and never did. it is a bit snug on my arms and a little shorter on me than I'd like but I am all torso. I wear a standard 2 at Torrid and Maurices if that helps with sizing. All bundles include a 10% discount.
