EUC Forever 21 short formal dress. Cute bow at bust with corset boning inside. Matching belt and full skirt make this a fun and flirty dress. A full C cup fits well. At the time I wore a 32D-32C depending and it fit nicely. As I moved into 34 it got a little more snug. Smoke free home X posted
