Soft Burgundy chiffon, elastic waist band with tons of flowy fabric. Low v-neck button up sleeveless. Satin slip covers the front of the top and all of the skirt but the back is see-through chiffon. Breast pockets. Side pockets in chiffon skirt! M. I would say to the petite or small side in the chest/distance from shoulder to waist. About knee length. Burgundy color leans to red.
