Xtraordinary Halter Fit and Flare Dress for Homecoming or Winter Formal. The dress has a lace bodice. It’s pleated at the waist and it has a zipper with a hook above it. Because this is a halter styled dress the neck has two buttons that secure it in the back. The front has a key hole opening and the back is slightly exposed. This dress is new and has never been worn. It still has its tags attached. The blue is royal blue.
