X-Static LP Hall & Oates Vinyl Record LP Ooh yeah, this one hits the sweet spot! The entire album plays like a greatest hits collection, but they only had one minor hit be cause it was years ahead of it's time. A fusion of rock and disco at a time when the two genres were warring it out, so I guess it didn't stand a chance. But now, with the benefit of historical hindsight they sound like visionaries which, hello, they were. A must have.
