Hello!
I spoke with my daughter and she says the dress is a true size 4. She is 5’9” and weighs 130. The fabric is 92 percent polyester, 8 percent spandex. The mannequin is a size 4 so I think the bust fits true on the mannequin but the mannequin has no hips so she is not a good representation of how the dress would fit through the hips. I hope this is helpful. I am willing to send it to you to try on if Poshmark allows this
