XS vintage 1960’s wiggle party dress ocean blue

This true vintage 1960’s dress is a gorgeous shade of ocean blue. A synthetic skirt is pencil shaped and has darts front and back with a kick pleat. The top is made of lined lace and features a bow with rhinestone details. The skirt was hemmed and the hem is falling out, needs to be put back to original length a few inches longer. Classic 60’s.
