XS dog winter coat worn once

Winter coat for XS dog. Just over 12 inches long. Neck strap about 12 inches across. Trunk strap about 17.5 inches wide. One of my dogs is 12 pounds and the coat just barely does not fit. Very good condition, only attempted to put on the dog but doesn’t fit.
