XS Women’s Cleo Cat Costume

Only worn for 2-3 hours last year on Halloween. Kept me warm lol. Loved the tail and ears. It arrived a day or two before Halloween and opening there were a few black spots on the front, on the 5th photo I’ve provided a picture. I’m more than positive someone crafty or someone who knows how to clean different types of fabrics will know how to fix, I didn’t bother since it was for trick r treating at night with my toddler.
