XS Summer Sundress

Very cute dress! Scallop cut out neck line. Lined with black satin like material. In the light this is a deep navy blue with orange stitching flowers. Zipper in the back Form fitting and flattering. Waist line 13 1/2 Length 29 inches P2P 15 inches. No size but would say XS Cant read the tag, so I don't know the brand. Maybe someone out there does. 😁
