Soprano Juniors XS dress. Navy blue and white polka dots. Garment hanging straps still attached. Zipper goes halfway down the back and is in working order. Sweetheart neckline with plastic inset into the fabric to give extra hold on the top of the bust (no wardrobe malfunctions here). Off shoulder sleeves. Made in China. 100% rayon.
