XS New York & Co Black hi low top with open neck

This is a beautiful New York & Co top. Top is open in front so it will need an undershirt. Top is higher in the front. Top was worn once for a work event. Looks beautiful with a sparkly top underneath for formal holiday events. EUC. All reasonable offers accepted.
