XS- Maxi Long Striped Summer Dress

XS- Maxi Long Striped Summer Dress 50” long from the shoulder down 34” Chest from pit to pit Please note: I can’t make out the color of the strips on the dress, I look at it one way and they look black and then again it looks like it could be a very dark blue
