mariadenise2 I have been looking at this skirt for so long haha. What are the measurements because I'm not sure if I would fit it or not. If it would fit me I would be interested in trading!!

littleanchorone @mariadenise2 The waist is 13.5 laying flat but it is elastic and the ribbon can also cinch it so it could go about 2 inches or so bigger or smaller. The length is about 18 inches from the top of the ruffle, so the very top of the skirt.
