XS Effie’s Heart Jackie Dress in Teapot Print

This is a an extra small Effie’s Heart dress in the teapot print. This fit and flare dress has a mesh top, two front pockets, and a belt. The dress is a pull on and a very stretchy fabric. It is incredibly comfy. All measurements approximate and taken to the best of my ability. Bust is 15 inches flat; stretched to 17 inches. Waist is 12.5 inches and stretched to 14 inches. Total length from center back collar to hem 35 inches.
