Worn once for my tiny pup. She hates clothes. Adorable cotton dress (95% cotton/5% spandex) elastic under belly. Two ruffles at bottom. Pink and baby blue with green stars. Multi colored graphic on back with a few rhinestones. Nice quality not flimsy or cheap. Has been hand washed sanitized and air dried. This will fit a puppy or very small dog.
