XOXO Floral Tie Dress

This dress is so sweet. It is covered in pink, orange, yellow and green flowers. The dress has a hot pink band that ties in the back and zips in the back. There is a flower pin on the waist and the dress has a scooped neckline. The dress is 16” across the waist, 18 across the underarm and 35” in length. This dress is in good preloved condition.
