XOXO Powder Blue Mini Skirt

This hot mini skirt is a light powdery blue color. It features a slit on the right side to add some extra flare and a hidden zipper closure. In gently used condition. It does have a few whitish spots on the bottom front of the skirt which are barely noticeable however I have added some pictures of it in the photos. Measurements laying flat Waist: 15 inches Length: 16 1/2 inches Slit Length: 4.75 inches
